I love buying gifts for people! Gift giving is definitely one of my love languages. So, when I put together these holiday gift guides I put A LOT of thought into them. I picked things that I would either love to give to someone or love to receive. I also try and think through what would make good gifts. I feel like with women we so easily always do the same run to Anthropolgie and do a bee-line straight to the jewelry section. Nothing against Anthropologie as I obviously love it; but for gifts I just feel we can put a tiny bit more thought into it at times :)
For the gift guides I also keep brands, trends and prince in mind when making sections as all three are important when buying a gift.
I chose knits and pajamas because everyone loves something cozy this time of year. Coats are such a great thing to get for Christmas because this is the time of year when it really starts to get cold and we want cold weather wear.
Sneakers and combat boots are two of the top trends for the season and possibly something missing from a closet.

Beauty is always a favorite of mine to give this time of year because there are so many sets to gift give this time of year.
And jewelry is always on every girls list and I love finding great layering pieces that can be stand alone as well.
And what girl ever said no to a purse?!
As for the men, I have several wonderful guys in my life and spend the holidays buying gifts more for men than women. And fortunately for me several of them love unique and different brands which allows me to be able to share those ideas with you. This gift guide, just like the women’s, has top trends and brands while keeping price in mind.
