TREND TALK: COLORS

Trend Talk – Shades of Spring

Cerulean “Miranda Girl” – This beautiful shade of blue is making its mark this season.  It plays well with so many colors as mixing colors is a great way to create a chic look.  One of my personal favorite ways to wear it is to mix it with other shades of blue…. everything from navy to sky they all work!

Tutu – This soft shade of pink works great as a neutral.  There is a way to wear this hue with almost any other color.  Think of wearing this over a basic white or black and you will instantly create a more visually appealing outfit.

Chartreuse - Get out your sunglasses for this bright shade.  This color really adds the perfect punch to your wardrobe.  If this color is too much for you think of adding it in your accessories.  It makes for one fabulous shoe!

Lemon – Yellow is a color many people will say they can’t wear but that is not true!  You just have to find “your shade” of yellow.

Kelly – No idea why we call a true vibrant green Kelly green.  Maybe at one time a girl named Kelly mixed the right blue and yellow together and created this shade.  However, it came about it is a beautiful and other great way to add some depth into your wardrobe.

Poinciana – This gorgeous orangey red color is a fantastic update to a more classic blue red.  It mixes well with a lot of shades blue and pairs especially well with my next featured color.

Innuendo – Who doesn’t love a vibrant shade of pink?!  This too works with so many colors…just because a hue is bold doesn’t mean you can’t mix it with other colors.  Color play is the name of the fashion game this season so play along because it’s so fun!

Primary Blue – Going back to basics with this true blue that is anything but basic!  As I have said with many of the colors above it too plays with so many colors.  You can essentially wear this as a neutral.
