Over the past few years jacket trends have really been elevated. It used to be that you had your standard black leather jacket, jean jacket and some kind of rain coat and that may have rounded out your spring jackets. But these days there is a plethora of incredible options! And having these in your closet is always a great idea as our fall jackets should NOT also be our spring jackets. There is a difference!
I am going to touch on some of the bigger trends for spring jackets and share links with you guys. But also note that there are AMAZING denim jacket options for spring and I will be sharing some of my favorites with you soon! Additionally, leather jackets are ALWAYS a thing. But for spring think of ways to lighten your look by wearing a white leather jacket, a colorful leather jacket, a perforated style or just something that gives it the look and feel of spring! Your black leather jacket will be waiting for you ready to go in the fallโบ

I love this trend because it is definitely not something we have seen in recent seasons. And there are so many variations of this jacket. This detail is showing up in clothing everywhere.

This jacket transcends seasons depending on the weight of it but is definitely a classic for spring. So, think about switching it up a bit. Try one in a color, print, or even one that is light enough in weight to be worn all day as a layering piece. There are always ways we can update a classicโบ
ARMY GREEN:
As I said on the feed this is more about the color then the actual style of jacket. Army green is a great way to bring in a color that also lets you stay neutral because it wears as a neutral shade. So however, you wish to rock this styleโฆdenim, leather, trench, knitโฆit doesnโt matter! Just add it to your spring jacket wardrobe!
KNIT:
I have been saying for months now โknits are so inโ โknits are so inโ so let me echo my own statement and say, โKNITS ARE SO INโ. So, it only makes sense that you would bring them into your jackets. Whether it is a cozy casual style like Iโm showing this week or duster, cardigan or blazerโฆagain it is similar to the army green statement I made. However, you want to wear it you canโฆ. just make sure itโs in your closet!
TRUCKER JACKETS:
This style is super easy to wear and also is offered in a variety of styles. This jacket tends to be more crop, boxy and oversized with large front pockets. A trucker jacket in denim (can be a color or print) is a great way to update your denim jacket!
PRINTED JACKETS:
If you are a person who already has colorful jackets in your wardrobe then try bringing in a print. Prints are off the charts right now! There are so many bold colorful beautiful prints. Any style jacket you want you can do in a printโฆtruly anything! There are SO many options for this trend!
OK ladiesโฆ. lots of great updates and trends happening for spring jackets. And even when it gets warmer you will undoubtedly want to have a couple good options to cover up your bare arms in the air conditioning. So get shopping!
